Leadership is complicated.
We learn from those around us, those who came before us, those who mentored us, and from whom we have studied.
Our success as leaders also comes from our boundaries-
what we embrace
what we accept
what we tolerate
what we nurture
Join this conversation and take a new look at how
you are leading across your life.

With the fresh start of the new year, let's take a reflective pause on what we choose to carry forward into 2022 and identify what we have outgrown and consciously choose to leave behind.
Since the arrival of COVID, we have unknowingly been called upon to dig deeply within ourselves to simply keep going. Whether we have graciously accepted the invitation or resisted it from the start, acknowledging and accepting where we are in this process allows for grace and growth.
This conversation focuses on cultivating resilience and strengthening ourselves so that the year ahead is bright, joyful, and rewarding.
